A strong Sellers Market and housing inventory shortage continues with more homes selling than being listed for sale and Sellers achieving (last week) a median sale-to-list ratio of 105.92%. Meaning Sellers, sold 5.9% higher, median sale to list price.

It remains a great time to sell your home with these Sellers, and it remains a great time to purchase a home with historically low interest rates.
